Quality objectives 
Adopt a ‘right first time’ policy thereby targeting zero defects. The measure of this performance is to be based upon an annual target of zero ‘In-House’ Corrective Action Reports raised and actioned. 
Ensure that each new employee is given awareness training on appropriate aspects of the company, the facility, health & safety and their job for at least one hour during the induction process. 
Operational staff shall ensure all jobs are reviewed for proper set-up, inspection and packing requirements and ensure that only a quality product is produced and shipped to customer. 
Provide the required training throughout all levels of skills in the company and where necessary shall assist our suppliers in adopting same principles. 
Maintain the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System accreditation through commitment by the Director and Senior Management to continuous improvement and targeted staff training.
